Travel Sales & Operations Executive – New Destinations -Dublin (Hybrid)

Due to the business's continued expansion, we are now looking for a highly motivated Sales & Operations Executive to provide first class service for prospective clients travelling to our new destinations, including Australia, New Zealand, Portugal & Spain, with more to be added.
Each enquiry is highly personalised and individual, therefore thoughtful listening and engagement is required to tailor make the itinerary to match each clients' bespoke requests. Our Executives will liaise with our world class golf, accommodation, travel and entertainment suppliers to create memorable experiences that last a lifetime.

Responsibilities
* Responding to and following up on incoming email and phone enquiries
* To plan, cost and sell golf tee times, accommodation and ground transportation to guests
* Collect payments from guests
* Maintaining client files and entering data into software programme.
* Liaising with suppliers (hotels, golf courses, transportation, restaurants etc) to make and amend bookings, send detailed itineraries, rooming lists, checking invoices prior to payment.
* Maintain and expand product/supplier knowledge to ensure clients receive the best experience possible.
* Preparing final itinerary and information packs to send to clients
* Utilize marketing resources to help drive effective lead generation programs and activities.
* Meet sales targets as measured by team KPI's, and ensure the effective tracking of sales performance
* Support the management in developing leads and wider market opportunities through sales Trips, referrals, sales calls, networking and cold calls.
* Other actions & projects required to satisfy the needs of the department.
Ideal candidate
* Minimum 2 year experience in a travel or hospitality role.
* BA in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or similar relevant field.
* Passionate about travel, tourism and customer service with strong service capabilities - passion for Golf is highly desirable.
* Ideally suited to an outgoing enthusiastic person with an excellent phone manner who can deal with discerning customers, with accuracy and adaptability.
* Disciplined, structured, and excellence in attention to detail
* Must show flexibility and strong ability to multitask and priorities items
* Comfortable using computers, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office -experience using Saleforce / Hubspot / or other CRM, sales management software highly desirable.
* Willing to travel within to meet clients while on the ground and to participate on Sales trips and networking events when required.
* Must be a team player – able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with peers and management
* Candidates should be fluent in spoken and written English
* The ability to communicate in Portuguese and/or Spanish is advantageous for this role
