They are now seeking a proactive Business Manager to oversee daily operations and support the next phase of growth. The Role The Office Manager will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the business, working closely with the owners to ensure operational excellence, cost control, and scalable growth. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and responsibility within a growing environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily business operations across finance, stock, and dispatch Manage HR activities including staffing, scheduling, performance, and compliance Oversight of stock management & scheduling within dispatch operations Conduct risk assessments and oversee quality control procedures Analyse costs, margins, and operational efficiencies Sales analysis and reporting, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement Support and help plan company expansion and process improvements Work closely with business owners to implement strategic and operational decisions Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in a business management or operations role, ideally within retail or an SME Strong understanding of stock control, logistics, and lead-time management Preferable to possess experience with HR processes and team management Analytical mindset with experience in cost and sales analysis Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business owners Interested in this opportunity?
