Temporary Receptionist Required
We are looking for a Temporary Receptionist to ensure smooth front desk operations at our Dublin 2 office.
This role is based in a food and beverage manufacturing company.
This is a short-term role, starting Monday, July 14th, for a 4-week assignment.
Start Date: Monday, 14th July - 8th August
Duration: Minimum of 4 weeks
Pay: €15 per hour
Role Responsibilities:
1. Greet visitors and manage front desk duties.
2. Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
3. Handle email correspondence and schedule appointments.
4. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
5. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
6. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred).
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
9. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
10. Professional appearance and demeanor.
