HR Business Partner

Our client, a highly respected Irish sector organisation, is looking for a driven and solutions-focused HR Business Partner to support its evolving workforce. This long-term contract comes with a view to permanency and offers the chance to make a tangible impact across the business.
As the organisation undergoes major change and expansion, this role will offer broad exposure across all aspects of HR, from day-to-day operational support to driving strategic initiatives. It’s also an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step into a true business partnering role.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on everything from recruitment to performance and employee relations.
* Respond to employee queries across a range of HR topics, ensuring clear, timely and people-focused support.
* Drive performance management processes, including reporting, tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support transformation efforts and promote new ways of working through strong change management.
* Partner with the business to shape and implement HR strategies aligned with growth plans.
* Collaborate on learning & development and engagement initiatives within the wider HR team.
* Use data and insights to guide decision-making and promote a culture of high performance.
* Build strong relationships across the organisation and foster a collaborative HR presence.
What You Bring
* 3–5 years’ experience in HR, with a solid grasp of Irish employment law and best practice.
* Proven track record in handling employee relations and advising on day-to-day HR matters.
* Strong Excel and reporting skills to support data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment—retail or similar sectors a plus.
