Senior Engineer, Advanced Operations
We seek a results-driven Senior Engineer to support our joint replacement New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative solutions to complex technical problems while leading process improvements that drive business success.
#One such area is in the development of new manufacturing processes using advanced technologies like additive manufacturing. We need an engineer who can utilize their knowledge of materials science as well as experience working with design tools like CAD software or computer-aided engineering systems (CAE). The position also requires excellent communication skills so you can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across various departments including sales marketing finance etc., along with strong analytical capabilities allowing them identify opportunities improve existing procedures reduce costs implement quality control measures efficiently thereby enhancing productivity within organizations today which resultantly impacts positively overall company revenue growth rate over long term horizon.
