Job Title: Chef De Partie
A Chef De Partie is required to join the successful culinary team at Seafield Hotel & Spa Resort.
The Candidate
* Chef qualification and 2-3 years of Chef De Partie experience are essential.
* Must have a passion for cooking and be very creative.
* Ability to produce dishes to a consistently high standard.
* HACCP trained and hold an up-to-date certificate.
* Knowledge of ordering, stock control, and waste management.
* Flexible to meet business needs.
* Fluent in English (Written and Oral).
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure all kitchen services are performed to the highest standards.
* Maintain optimal conditions for all stock.
* Help develop and introduce new menus and recipes.
* Ensure all mise-en-place is freshly prepared and on time.
* Attend training and development sessions as required.
* Assist the Executive Head Chef & Head Chef in maintaining daily health & safety standards.
* Manage waste effectively.
The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills. This role involves midweek and weekend shifts, with a mix of day and night hours, requiring flexibility.
