Job Title: HR Administrator
Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organized and people-focused HR Assistant to join our organization's growing HR function. The successful candidate will provide hands-on admin support across a range of HR activities, including onboarding, recruitment, employee relations, and training coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
* Prepare contracts, reference letters, and employment documentation while keeping employee records up-to-date and compliant with legal standards.
* Support investigations and maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Help advertise roles, screen applications, and coordinate interviews.
* Respond to HR-related questions and provide informed guidance to managers and employees.
* Assist with scheduling internal training sessions and supporting learning initiatives.
* Collaborate on wider HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR admin or assistant role.
* Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
* Ability to work independently while juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
* A positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative mindset.
* Strong communication skills written, verbal & interpersonal.
* Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
* Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
