A well-established rental equipment company is seeking an experienced HGV Mechanic to maintain and repair their fleet at a depot in Cookstown.
Youll keep our vehicles safe, reliable, and compliant, ensuring operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities: Service and repair heavy vehicles, including low loaders, HIAB cranes, tractor units, and rigid trucks.
Diagnose faults and liaise with Stores to source parts.
Assist with occasional roadside breakdowns.
Maintain accurate service records and a clean, safe workshop.
Requirements: Proven HGV/mechanic experience, ideally across a range of vehicles.
Diesel engine experience and use of diagnostic tools.
Relevant qualifications desirable; welding skills advantageous.
Full driving licence.
