About the Role
As a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, you will prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects, ensuring technical quality, compliance, and effective client communication. You will also mentor project teams and provide technical guidance to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects
* Ensure adherence to codes, practices, QA/QC policies, and performance standards
* Engage daily with clients to interpret technical needs and represent their interests
* Oversee project quality, including budget, schedule, planning, and personnel performance, and provide regular status reports
* Assign responsibilities and mentor project team members for efficient execution
* Collaborate with the project manager and project participants to provide technical guidance
* Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions when required
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Engineer
* Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and design/visualization software
* Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera
* Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
* Ability to work on multidisciplinary projects
* Strong project management and supervision skills
* Sound decision-making and leadership abilities
* Current engineer license
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
* European Citizen
