Position: Project Engineer (Civils)
Job Overview
The successful candidate will oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects. This role requires a high level of commitment and passion for ensuring safe, compliant, and profitable project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist project manager in daily operations, scheduling engineering projects, and monitoring project delivery.
* Manage compliance with quality assurance policies, standards, and project specifications.
* Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
* Lead the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders; monitor project budgets and programmes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in a civil engineering role.
* Proficient in using design software (e.g., AutoCAD).
* Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel.
