Provide comprehensive administrative support to program managers and cross-functional teams Organize and maintain program documentation, records, and filing systems Coordinate program schedules, meetings, and events, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared Manage correspondence, emails, and communications with internal and external stakeholders Maintain and update program calendars, tracking deadlines and deliverables Assist with data entry, report preparation, and program tracking activities Support the preparation of program materials, presentations, and meeting agendas Monitor program progress and assist in compiling status updates and performance metrics Perform general office duties including scheduling, filing, and document management Respond to inquiries and provide administrative assistance to team members as needed Additional Information #INDD
