Horkans Garden Centre in Sligo is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our busy retail store.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store and leading a motivated, customer-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
Driving sales, KPIs and store performance
Coaching and developing your team
Delivering excellent customer service
Managing store standards, merchandising & presentation
Controlling costs, labour and operational targets
About You
2+ years' retail management experience
Strong people leader with a hands-on approach
Organised, commercially aware and results driven
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Horticulture knowledge is a bonus (not essential)
