This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days a week in the office, offering flexibility and a supportive environment.How you'll make an impactYou'll play a key role in ensuring our Dublin office and clients meet Irish and EU regulatory standards. You'll work closely with regulators, boards, and senior managers to build strong relationships and provide expert advice on compliance matters. You'll also deliver training to staff and clients, attend board meetings, and contribute to projects that improve compliance and control processes. Your work will help us maintain trust and integrity in everything we do.About youA relevant qualification in finance, insurance, or compliance (or a willingness to complete a Professional Diploma in Compliance).Experience in a compliance role, ideally in (re)insurance.Desirable experience in Compliance, Risk & Assurance across life and non-life insurance.A solid understanding of Central Bank of Ireland regulations and GDPR.Great communication skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office.Company secretarial experience is a bonus.We're committed to inclusion and diversity.
