Slaughter Operatives - NI SPONSORSHIPS WELCOME Temp to Perm Crumlin - must be able to commute Immediate start £14.00 - £18.00 per hour depending on experience (training will be provided) Monday - Friday (may include weekends) 5/6am - 3/4pm Gentech are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Crumlin, who are expanding on their team of Trainee/Slaughter Hall Operatives Duties Working in a facility which produces beef and lamb products to the highest standards of animal welfare and hygiene Ability to dress and eviscerate cattle and lambs to required standard.
Good knife skills.
Packing and labelling of offal products Dispatching of carcasses and boxed items as required, including documentation checks Ensuring consistently good manufacturing practices are being maintained Requirements Good communication and inter-personal skills Excellent personal hygiene habits Able to work as part of a team Good attention to detail Experience is similar environment would be advantageous.
