About the Role
As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering our organization's learning strategy. This involves building future-ready capabilities, embedding enterprise agile principles, and enabling people to grow in ways that support both their development and the organization's ambition.
* Create an inclusive, forward-thinking L&D strategy aligned with business goals and emerging skills.
* Work closely with senior leaders to anticipate capability needs across technical, behavioral, and leadership domains.
You will lead initiatives that upskill and reskill employees in line with digital transformation. You'll also introduce engaging modern learning methodologies such as blended learning and microlearning. Encouraging self-directed peer-to-peer learning across the organization is key to success.
