Senior Pharmacist Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy practice, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
The Senior Pharmacist will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services, including assessing patients' medication needs, developing treatment plans, and monitoring patient outcomes. They will also supervise and mentor junior pharmacists, develop policies and procedures, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in pharmacy from an accredited institution
* Registration as a pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
* A minimum of 3 years of post-registration experience in a hospital-based setting
* Clinical experience in a mental health organization is desirable
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of €74,783 - €86,721 per year, plus benefits such as annual leave, pension scheme, ongoing training, and paid study leave.
