We are looking for people with Customer Success experience.
You will have worked in a software company or similar and would like to get a bit more involved in the Customer Journey.
You will have some technical skills and want to learn about software.
You want to become that knowledge expert that can help customers achieve the best they can be with the solution.
You will have a technical education and/or have good skills working/troubleshooting with computers and their operating systems, understand basic networking, ideally have some working knowledge using MS office and other web based software and provided some remote support to clients in the past.
Having a customer focused mentality and having the skills/temperament to support our customer base will be a key KPI in this roll.
In the first month :-
You will learn our software from start to finish and you will demonstrate this learning by producing training videos, which you will use to demonstrate your learning progress.
You will practice answering the phone and learn the correct way to log technical queries into a ticketing system.
In month two:-
You will attempt to answer these queries with support from the team and you will begin your journey into customer success
In month three:-
You will be flying and you will have a feel for the industry and what it takes to become a knowledge economy employee and hopefully you will be building confidence in your skills.
Beyond that you will be growing into a knowledge expert and the role will be growing with you.
