* Design and implement Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) in manufacturing areas of a fill-finish pharmaceutical manufacturing site.
* Design and implement loading and unloading robotics in a fill-finish pharmaceutical manufacturing site.
* Design and implement RFID/barcode concepts in collaboration with the electronic Batch Record (eBR) project team.
* Design and implement vial tracking laser systems at the end of the filling machine.
* Integrate robotics systems into network and higher-level systems such as eBR, fleet management, historian, and OT domain.
* Initiate bid requests, evaluate bids, summarize findings, and recommend final vendor selection.
* Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful project execution.
* Develop detailed project plans including cost estimation and scheduling for robotics and AMR implementation.
* Create all necessary technical documents and design specifications.
* Assist CQV lead in defining validation plans, developing test scripts, executing validation procedures, training end users, and creating SOPs.
