Job Title
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation and submission of comprehensive export dossiers, as well as liaising with national and international authorities.

* Support the regulatory compliance of all hazardous waste exports: notifications of TFS (Hazardous waste export licenses) movements.
* Promote ongoing relationships with disposal/treatment outlets to deliver smooth operations.
* Collate and submit monthly reports for Green list waste.
* Maintain the TFS database and refund applications.
* Assist in the development of ERP systems.
* Support the TFS Manager with day-to-day process improvement, organization, and documentation of waste exports or other reasonable requests.
* Qualification in a scientific or technical discipline would be a distinct advantage, with a chemistry background essential.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
* Experience collaborating with and supporting supply chain activities.
* Hazardous waste management industry experience would be advantageous.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with shipment tracking systems and databases.
