Trade counter sales professional

We are seeking an experienced Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a busy trade counter environment, providing exceptional customer service and dealing with queries and orders over the phone, face-to-face, and via email.


Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers and provide expert knowledge in plumbing, heating, building suppliers, and construction sectors.
* Deal with queries and orders efficiently and effectively.
* Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.


Requirements

* At least 2 years of experience in Trade Counter Sales within plumbing, heating, construction, or building suppliers industries.
* Excellent knowledge of Building and Construction is highly desirable.
* Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills are essential.
* Flexible working hours (40 hours per week over 5 days from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Sunday closed).
* Proficient in using computer systems and able to update CRM databases.
