Project Leadership
We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead our cross-functional teams in delivering new and existing projects.
* To succeed in this role, you will need to plan, schedule, and control project activities ensuring the deliverables comply with our quality and business processes.
You will ensure appropriate resources are assigned to the project team. Identify stakeholders and develop communication plans to build relationships during the lifecycle of the project.
Key responsibilities include monitoring progress providing status updates as required; managing budget cost targets; coaching team members on process adherence utilizing best practice skills;
delivering high-quality documentation; engaging stakeholders using a solution-focused approach; managing risks change requests conducting post-project reviews recommending improvements for future changes.
About You
1. You have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) related field such as Engineering Program Management or similar. PMP certification is preferred.
Familiarity & Experience
A strong understanding: Typical project life cycle from concept qualification strongly regulated GMP manufacturing environment having significant proven experience gained knowledge injection moulding mould tooling.
Maintain good professional leadership practices motivating individuals deliver work within tight deadlines possess interpersonal relationship management verbal written communication QMS principles preferably ISO13485 Microsoft Suite especially MS Project.
