4D Planner – Dublin | Join a Tier 1 Main Contractor Delivering World-Class Industrial ProjectsWe are working with a leading main contractor operating at the forefront of mission-critical construction, specialising in data centres, advanced manufacturing, life sciences, and high-tech industrial facilities across Ireland and Europe.As they expand their footprint in the Dublin region and beyond, we are looking for an experienced 4D Planner to join the planning and BIM team to support both tender-stage proposals and live project delivery through cutting-edge 4D visualisation and construction sequencing.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and maintain 4D construction models to integrate programme (Primavera P6) with design models (Revit/Navisworks/Synchro)Work closely with planners, BIM teams, construction managers, and design teams to optimise sequencing, logistics, and temporary works strategiesCreate visual simulations of the construction process to improve programme communication, coordination, and risk mitigationSupport pre-construction and tender teams with methodology animations and logistics phasing plansDrive the adoption of digital construction best practices and contribute to lean, efficient project planningLiaise with internal stakeholders and client teams to present 4D outputs and support programme reviewsCandidate ProfileExperience as a 4D Planner, BIM Coordinator, or Construction Planner in the construction industryStrong technical skills in Synchro Pro, Navisworks Manage, Revit, and Primavera P6Deep understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, and site logisticsExperience working on large-scale projects such as data centres, pharma, or manufacturing plants is highly desirableComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across multiple disciplinesRelevant third-level qualification in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related fieldIf you are an experienced professional in the construction industry with experience in 4D and this sounds like something of interest, please apply to the role ideally with your CV.
