This contract has a six-month term with no possibility of extension (with an umbrella scheme). On-site, full-time: 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Dundalk is the location.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of desktop support experience.
* CompTIA A+ certification or relevant qualification.
* Hands-on experience with SCCM (software deployment, updates, system performance).
* Knowledge of Windows 7/10, MS Office, and Office 365.
* Basic networking skills.
* An autonomous person who is proud of their work environment
Duties:
* Provide remote and desk-side support to end users.
* Troubleshoot PC-related issues via phone, remote tools, or desk-side support.
* Perform 2nd Level diagnostics on hardware (PCs, laptops, handhelds, printers, peripherals).
* Configure and deploy devices (PCs, laptops, tablets) per company standards.
* Re-image PCs using scripts and installers.
* Install and manage desktop software for optimal performance.
* Provide on-site break-fix support.
* Replace hardware as per the company’s refresh policy.
* Manage devices using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and deploy software via SCCM.
* Use remote tools like TeamViewer and MS Teams for issue resolution.
* Support Citrix Netscaler, Office 365, and Adobe licensing.
* Manage users and groups in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
* Support printers, scanners, and peripherals.
