Software Maintenance Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Maintenance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support and expertise to our customers.
1. Troubleshoot software issues and debug defects based on general instructions.
2. Perform maintenance tasks and support ongoing software lifecycle management.
In addition, we require excellent communication skills, ability to analyze complex customer issues, professional experience with Open Shift or Kubernetes configuration and troubleshooting, previous Linux system administration experience as well as passion for problem-solving. We also value teamwork attitude, open-minded approach as well as thirst for knowledge among candidates.
