Job Title: Key Holder in Residential Care
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to assume the role of Key Holder within our residential care team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all personal plans, risk assessments, and behavioral support plans remain up-to-date at all times. They will also be expected to deliver exceptional service while maintaining the highest safety standards.
* To guarantee timely completion of Personal Plans, Risk Assessments and Behavioural Support Plans with regular monitoring.
1. Utilize problem-solving skills effectively when dealing with challenging situations arising from residents' behaviors or needs;
2. Demonstrate initiative by proactively engaging staff members in addressing any challenges they face during their shifts,
