Kenny Stephenson Chapman Solicitors are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join our busy practice. Knowledge in the areas of family law, conveyancing and / or probate is preferred but not essential.Key Responsibilities:Conducting general office tasks such as copying, scanning, emailing, note-taking and file management.Assist with preparing briefs for counsel and filing necessary documents in court.Provide administrative support to legal practitioners, including dictation, issuing correspondence, and preparing or collating enclosures.Liaising with clients, maintaining clear and concise communication.Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.Work both independently and collaboratively within a busy environment.Qualifications and Skills:Previous legal secretarial experience is preferred but not required.Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in general office administration tasks.If you wish to apply for this job, please email your curriculum vitae to or apply online.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
