Your Role: As Site Head, you will lead the manufacturing site in delivering high‑quality products on time, while upholding the highest standards of safety, cost‑efficiency, and environmental responsibility. You will shape and implement the site’s operational vision, fostering a culture of autonomy, accountability, and innovation. Your strategic leadership will drive the development and execution of production strategies focused on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement through Lean methodologies. By empowering teams and strengthening capabilities across all levels, you will build a resilient, future‑ready organization, ensuring effective resource management and achievement of strategic operational goals.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field; Master's degree or higher (ideally in life sciences)
More than 10 years of experience in operations management
Inspiring leader with a proven track record in manufacturing operations, passionate about developing talent and driving cross‑functional collaboration
Expertise in safety and quality excellence, operational and supply chain management, and change leadership equips you to guide teams through transformation and growth
Strong problem‑solving mindset and commitment to empowering autonomous teams; you thrive in dynamic environments and are dedicated to delivering results that align with corporate and site‑level objectives
Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans, making you a key driver of success and innovation; customer‑oriented with strong business sense and ability to organize your team to achieve organizational goals and targets
