Your new role As Financial Controls and Standards Implementation Manager, you'll step into a senior position within the Risk Team, playing a pivotal role in the rollout of the Internal Financial Controls, IFRS Framework for 2025/2026. You'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including the CRO and CFO, and work with internal and external partners to ensure robust implementation and governance. From designing training initiatives to enhancing risk competencies across the business, this is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
