Support Worker Role
Job Description:
We are seeking Support Workers to join our team, providing a key-working caring role for individuals with intellectual disabilities. This role involves personal care, including meals and hygiene, as well as supporting individuals in their development plans and community participation.
Responsibilities：
• Provide personal care, including meals and hygiene
• Assist individuals in their development plans and goals
• Support individuals in community participation and integration
Qualifications:
• Good general education
• Recognised qualification in the field of intellectual disability or FETAC level 5 course (advantageous)
• Full, clean, manual Irish Driving Licence (desirable)
• Commitment to obtaining full licence within nine months of commencement
Experience:
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviour (desirable)

• Competitive salary: €32,699 - €45,190 per annum
