Key Account Manager - Premium Engineered Stone
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximising sales of premium engineered stone surfaces in kitchen studios and fabricators across the South and West of Ireland.
Working within a regional team, your responsibilities will include driving sales revenue to fabricators, servicing fabricator accounts, setting up terms, providing quotations, and marketing collateral. Sustaining current and forming new relationships with clients is crucial to our success.
Demand creation through the kitchen and bathroom channel is essential, supporting kitchen designers in promoting premium engineered stone at the point of sale. This role presents opportunities to utilise account management skills and elevate customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
* Analyse market information on competitor offerings and segmentation
* Achieve team sales revenue, average selling price (ASP), and slab volume targets
* Rretain and grow business with existing and new accounts
* Evaluate accounts by potential, loyalty, and willingness to work with us
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Maximise sales and specification of premium engineered stone products
* Provision and maintenance of current samples and other marketing collateral at point of sale
* Implement marketing strategies to drive demand
* Educate customers on product properties, use, and applications
* Maintain accurate databases on customer accounts
This position requires some travel and overnight stays. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business or consumer environment. A minimum of 3 years' experience in the kitchen and bathroom industry, along with computer literacy and excellent communication skills, is required.
A full clean driving licence and knowledge of the kitchen and bathroom industry are essential qualifications for this role.
