Accounts Technician Role
We are seeking a part-time professional to support our clients in Kerry. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate financial records, process invoices and payments efficiently, and provide general administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts receivable and payable.
* Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions on time.
* Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial data is up to date.
* Support budget preparation and financial report generation.
* Provide general administrative support.
Requirements:
* Accounting qualification highly preferred.
* Minimum 1 year experience in a finance-related role.
* Familiarity with relevant software an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential.
