Job Summary:
Tadhg O'Connor Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator.
The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries, process transactions, and perform daily cash till reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
· Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person.
· Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
· Perform daily cash till reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
· Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
· Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, report generation, organising skip collections and stationery orders.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
· Hours per week Tuesday to Saturday Inclusive.
(Saturday 8am to 1pm)
