Job Summary
Tadhg O'Connor Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries, process transactions, and perform daily cash till reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Perform daily cash till reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
* Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, report generation, organising skip collections and stationery orders.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Hours
37 Hours per week Tuesday to Saturday Inclusive. (Saturday 8am to 1pm)
