About the Role Based in the companys Head Office in Swords, Co. Dublin, and reporting to the Head of Property, we are seeking a Fit Out Project Manager (Junior) to join the team on a 1-year fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a hands-on construction and retail fit-out role supporting the delivery of store refurbishment, joinery and commercial fit-out projects across the Irish retail network. You will receive a full handover of live projects and work closely with internal stakeholders, designers, contractors and joinery partners. Key Responsibilities You will manage the end-to-end delivery of construction and fit-out projects, including: Managing retail fit-out, refurbishment and joinery projects from feasibility through to final delivery Ensuring compliance with building regulations and construction standards for commercial fit-out projects Supporting the delivery of store refits, new store openings and retail refurbishment works Coordinating contractors, joinery suppliers, designers and internal construction teams Managing project timelines, budgets and quality control Tracking progress and producing construction and fit-out project reports Identifying risks, cost efficiencies and improvement opportunities Managing communication between property, retail operations and construction partners Your Profile You are someone who thrives in a construction and retail fit-out environment and enjoys working on fast-moving, detail-driven projects.
