We are looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Executive to connect with small and medium-sized businesses across Ireland. If you have a talent for sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to build lasting relationships, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
·Reach out to SME prospects via calls and cold outreach.
·Understand client needs and pitch tailored leasing & fleet solutions.
·Close deals, manage accounts, and keep CRM (Salesforce) updated.
·Hit monthly targets and KPIs.
·Upsell products, handle credit approvals, and ensure smooth onboarding.
·Stay sharp on market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
·Proven B2B sales experience (automotive, leasing, or mobility a plus).
·Strong grasp of Ireland's SME market.
·Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
·Self-starter with a full driving licence.
·CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Skills & Experience
·2+ years' experience in fleet or vehicle leasing.
·Detail-oriented, creative, and cool under pressure.
·Organised and a great team player.
