Job Title: Hospitality Revenue Growth Specialist
As a key player in the hotel revenue growth strategy, you will drive business results through strategic planning, forecasting, and rate management. This role requires a strong background in revenue management concepts and occupancy strategies, with previous experience in the hospitality sector.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing OTA platforms, ensuring rate parity and content accuracy, as well as preparing detailed revenue reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior management.
You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to develop and implement packages and promotions, ensuring effective inventory management across all platforms. Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential, along with experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
A successful candidate will maintain strong relationships with third-party partners and suppliers, contributing to budget planning and financial strategy discussions.
