Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate the transfer of assets for a large-scale Pharmaceutical Construction Project in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have experience with project management, asset coordination, and team collaboration.
* Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure seamless asset transfer.
* Develop and implement asset transfer plans to meet project deadlines.
* Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with asset transfer.
* Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and accurate.
* Monitor and report on asset transfer progress to project managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree educated or strong trades' background.
* Previous experience in construction and/or project management essential.
* Experience working on life science projects desirable.
