Job Description
Kick-start your career as an Electrical ApprenticeLooking to earn while you learn, work on major projects, and build a long-term career in electrical engineering?Join King & Moffatt, one of Ireland's leading building services contractors, and train as a qualified electrician through a SOLAS apprenticeship.This is your chance to learn from experienced professionals, gain international exposure, and graduate with a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate – Electrical Craft.What you would doAs an Electrical Apprentice, you'll learn your trade on real, large-scale projects, including:Manufacturing & industrial facilitiesFood & pharmaceutical plantsData centres & logistics hubsCommercial and energy projectsYou'll rotate between on-site experience and formal training, building practical skills, confidence, and industry knowledge from day one.Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.Your apprenticeship4-year SOLAS Electrical ApprenticeshipQQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate CraftCombination of paid on-the-job training and off-the-job educationInitial 2-week induction at our Carrick-on-Shannon Training Centre (all training provided)You'll also have the opportunity to work away from home for short periods (approx. 3 months in the UK or Germany), gaining valuable international experience.
Qualifications
