Site Operations Manager


Job Description

As a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing site. This includes managing and maintaining site facilities, buildings, and equipment, as well as ensuring compliance with local legal regulations, quality, health and safety standards.

You will work cross-functionally to develop and implement a strategic facilities roadmap and annual operating plan. This will involve partnering with internal and external stakeholders to define and meet goals related to safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement.

Establishing a strong governance structure to review and control operational performance is also key to this role. You will lead and be accountable for implementing building maintenance programs, facilities maintenance capabilities, and overall operations.

In addition, you will provide leadership and coaching to the Facilities team towards implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working. This includes delivering zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams.

Other responsibilities include having a clear people succession and resource plan, identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain and develop critical talent. You will also interface with key stakeholders internally and externally to develop and maintain effective relationships and align priorities to deliver company objectives and goals.

This role requires a CI Mindset and strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry. You should have experience in TPM-Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools and concepts, Safety and GMP standards.

An Engineer with a strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment is also required. Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment are essential.
