Description We're hiring a Process Improvement Specialist to join our team here at AXA Ireland!
We're looking for an experienced Process Improvement professional, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, qualified in Lean Six Sigma and relevant work experience.

Reporting to the Operational & Process Excellence Manager, you will Lead and support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the AXA business Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to deliver high-impact improvement initiatives aligned with our strategic goals Collaborate with other members of the Process Improvement Team in the planning, development, coordination, support and execution of high impact plans for effective and sustainable process improvement Identify and drive improvements which optimise both customer and business benefits, demonstrating high business acumen throughout work Use a wide variety of analytical skills & process management skills to develop comprehensive process improvement plans Accelerate our ambition to embed and scale AI opportunities, through considered and detailed process review Lead identification of AI opportunities and collaborate with Data and AI team to implement changes Support the embedding of new solutions and processes to the organisation on an ongoing basis, demonstrating an appreciation for change management Provide reports and analysis of Key Performance Indicators to quantify the progress made for each initiative Support the development and deployment of standard work and best practices Promote a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and teamwork Qualifications 5+ years' experience in a Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence role, ideally in an Insurance / Financial Services industry (essential) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (essential) (Black Belt desirable) Third level education in a relevant field (essential) Agile project experience (essential) ARIS development and application (desirable) Experience in deployment of Quality and Performance Management tools which drive improvements for the customer, organisation and staff Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation and project management skills Proven track record in delivering results by introducing new methods and thought processes which drive organisational improvements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service focus Excellent working knowledge of MS Office tools (including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Access and MS project) Flexible in the role and undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.

This role is a CF1 role under Fitness & Probity Regime, which means the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced level of background screening requirements.
