Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Project Lead
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to lead and support bespoke manufacturing equipment projects as required. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver high-speed automated equipment sets to our Operations Team on time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage equipment design, order process optimization, final equipment validation through to process optimization.
2. Plan and execute equipment validations
3. Support the execution of various other engineering cost and process improvement projects
4. Execute / Support improvement projects of existing equipment
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related field, with at least 3 years' of working experience in a manufacturing environment, including experience with development of automated production equipment. A background in process management is desirable, particularly in healthcare, chemical or plastics industries; alternatively, experience in another regulated industry would also be beneficial. Familiarity with Equipment Control systems, PLC's, FMEA and PFMEA is essential. Experience with DOE, validation, and statistical analysis tools, as well as project engineering or similar experience, would be an advantage. Some travel may be required up to 25% depending on workload and project stages.
