About the Position:
* Lead the implementation of comprehensive health and safety policies, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Provide expert guidance and strategic support across all service lines to maintain exceptional standards and advance a culture of zero harm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster a proactive approach to health, safety, and risk management across all operational sites.
* Develop and roll out robust health, safety, and quality systems, ensuring consistency across new and existing contracts.
* Offer specialist advice on HSEQ matters, including the creation of site-specific documentation and maintenance of business continuity plans.
* Oversee the reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis of incidents, ensuring timely and thorough follow-up.
* Support the achievement of global and regional health and safety goals through data-driven reviews and targeted initiatives.
Requirements:
* Diploma or equivalent in occupational health and safety and Chartered IOSH membership.
* Proven experience in a facilities management setting and 5 years minimum experience.
* Knowledge of current health and safety legislation, strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Flexibility to work outside normal hours if required in emergency situations.
