About the Role
Our client, a leading construction contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an 80-unit RC frame apartment project in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of a high-profile development and join a dynamic and growing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.
2. Coordinate subcontractors, direct labor, and suppliers to maintain seamless workflow.
3. Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
4. Monitor quality standards and ensure all work is completed to the highest specifications.
5. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
6. Address and resolve site issues efficiently to keep the project on track.
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with RC frame or apartment projects.
2. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
3. Deep understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
4. Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively under tight deadlines.
5. A relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
