Senior Partner Communications & Enablement Consultant
We are seeking a seasoned and creative Partner Communications Consultant to join our fast-paced global team. This pivotal role requires a strategic communications leader with a strong background in developing and executing high-impact, multi-channel strategies, specifically within a cloud or large-scale technology ecosystem.

You must be a strategic thinker with a creative flair, ready to manage both internal and external communications that drive partner engagement and success.
Overview
The role focuses on driving partner education, enablement, and communications to strengthen channel partner education and certification across our technology platform.
Responsibilities
* Ecosystem Focus: Cover communications for our global partner landscape, including Global and Regional Systems Integrators (SIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and other key strategic alliances.
* Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel communications strategies that align with business goals. This includes developing and managing a partner learning hub/website, organizing and promoting webinars and events, and overseeing campaign content, timelines, and execution.
* Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce clear, concise, and compelling communications materials, such as executive summaries, pitch decks, email campaigns, collateral, social posts, reports, and presentations.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including learning consultants, to create and deliver custom, partner-specific resources and communications.
* Digital Insights: Provide UX insights and guidance for web content and other digital assets to ensure optimal partner engagement.
* Measurement: Track and measure the effectiveness of all communications efforts, providing clear reporting and insights to leadership.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
* Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in a communications, marketing, or enablement role, preferably supporting a large-scale technology partner program or channel.
* Core Competencies:
o Demonstrated experience with multi-channel marketing, content creation, social media management, and UX principles.
o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio showcasing strong writing and editing.
o Ability to work independently with agility and ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
o Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Highly Preferred Skills: Proficiency with enterprise-level cloud-based office/collaboration software suites and digital content creation tools.
