We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality Manager to lead our new bar venture in Donegal. As General Manager, you will drive customer service excellence and foster a welcoming environment for guests.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing busy bars, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality beverages and exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of bartenders, barbacks, wait staff, and kitchen staff.
* Ensure seamless front-of-house operations during peak periods.
* Meet sales and profitability targets through strategic planning and execution.
* Create a positive work environment that encourages staff growth and development.
* Maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing waste.
* Recruit, train, and promote staff as needed.
* Select music, books bands, and contribute to décor and marketing initiatives.
* Foster strong vendor relationships.
* Utilize point-of-sale tracking technology and restaurant management platforms.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
