* Develop strategic national sales plans
* Establish sales objectives and forecasts
* Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements
* Lead Product Specialists
* Maintain and develop the team through recruitment, development, and training
* Perform field visits and establish relationships with supplier personnel
* Research new customers and market opportunities
Requirements:
Applicants should have a degree in Healthcare or Business. Proficiency in understanding sales performance metrics is essential. Applicants should also demonstrate good knowledge of sales principles, excellent selling and customer service skills, strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills, as well as be available for travel when required.
