Structured Finance Associate Our client, a top tier international firm in Dublin, is seeking an experienced Structured Finance Associate (2–5 PQE)to join their growing Finance team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a finance lawyer with experience instructured finance, securitisation and debt capital marketsto work on high-quality, complex transactions for top-tier international clients, within a highly collegiate and internationally connected team.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of capital markets and structured finance matters, including: CLO transactions RMBS, CMBS and other securitisation structures Fund-linked structured products Repackagings Lending platforms Debt issuance programmes The Ideal Candidate Qualified solicitor with 2–5 years' PQE in structured finance, securitisation or debt capital markets Training and/or experience gained within a top-tier law firm in Ireland, the UK or internationally Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills Commercially astute, with the ability to build strong client and internal relationships A collaborative mindset and strong work ethic Why Apply?This role offers the chance to join amarket-leading international firm, work on headline transactions, and develop your career within a supportive, inclusive and globally connected environment.
