This role involves driving sales growth for a leading digital advertising platform. You will play a key part in developing and executing strategies to acquire high-value agencies, with a focus on expanding the company's advertising footprint.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales skills, including the ability to identify new business opportunities and close deals effectively. They will also be able to maintain strong relationships with current and future prospects, ensuring consistent engagement for long-term sales.


Responsibilities:

* Leverage your exceptional sales acumen to find incremental growth opportunities for the company.
* Identify new acquisition opportunities by using data, market research, and platform signals to understand key categories for high potential agency acquisition.
* Engage and nurture qualified leads through tailored outreach to convert them into high-value opportunities.
* Maintain relationships and strategic planning for both current and future prospects, ensuring consistent engagement for long-term sales.


New Business Opportunities:

* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential agencies.
* Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies for expansion opportunities.
* Analyze competitor strategies to identify market gaps and differentiation points.


Relationship Building:

* N network with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
* Attend industry events and conferences to establish and nurture relationships.
* Develop and maintain a strong professional network within relevant industries.

You will be responsible for conducting in-depth consultations to understand agency and client goals, challenges, and pain points. This includes listening actively and asking probing questions to uncover underlying needs.


Solutions Offering:

* Create tailored value propositions that meet specific client needs.
* Clearly articulate the benefits and ROI of the company's advertising solutions.
* Prepare compelling presentations and proposals demonstrating the value of the company's solutions.


Travel:

Be prepared to travel domestically and internationally as needed for client meetings, industry events, and business development.


Key Qualifications:

* At least 2 years of experience in sales or related fields, with fluency in English.
* Proven track record of exceeding revenue and acquisition goals, driving business growth.
* Strong relationship-building skills to foster mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable in client-facing roles.
* Experience with CRM tools such as Zoominfo, Pitchbook, Salesforce, or similar.
