Residential Project Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Project Manager to oversee the completion of a high-end house project in South County Cork. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and experience in external works, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from internal plastering stages to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the project team, ensuring effective prioritization and meeting strict deadlines
* Collaborate closely with the General Operative and subcontractors to deliver a high-quality finish
* Develop and implement health and safety strategies to ensure a safe working environment
* Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
Requirements:
* Construction management degree or equivalent discipline preferred
* At least 3 years' experience in a Site Manager or Foreman role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Carpentry background an advantage
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Experience with external works and finishing required
* Housing experience essential
Benefits:
* Salary: €65,000 - €70,000
