We are now inviting applications for the position of a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our MarketPlace team in Robinhood. Please note role is on site.
What You'll be doing:
Overseeing Goods In team of 3 to ensure adherence to SOP's regarding date checks and storage ready for picking.
Management of a Pick team of 15 to deliver KPI's on RF Scanning for speed and accuracy of picking and dispatching customer orders.
Effective communication with logistics, business development managers, and relevant stakeholders within Musgrave around customer deliveries.
Maintain integrity of stock accuracy through supplier inventory checks and customer order spot checks.
Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff; manage work rotas and monitor employee performance to meet key performance indicators.
Enforce health and safety standards to ensure proper equipment use, and maintain clean, orderly facilities.
Optimise warehouse layouts for space efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives for better workflow.
What we're looking for:
Experience, Skills and Education:
Experience: 3–5+ years of warehouse management preferably in a multi – temperature food environment.
Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems, RF Scanning and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proven track record of effective resource management to maximise productivity
Proven track record of performance management in a fast-paced environment.
Customer focus with a high attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a wider management team to deliver the overall business KPI's.
Ability to work well under pressure.
