Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners/vendors.
* Contribute to projects involving Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies (Azure, SharePoint, IoT, AI).
* Follow established software development and release management processes.
* Draft detailed specifications and coordinate with offshore development teams.
* Implement technical updates and offer advanced application support.
* Engage with end-users to enhance system performance and security.
* Document workflows and monitor system health.
Requirements:
* Over 5 years of hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related platforms.
* 3+ Years leading a team
* Proven expertise across various industry sectors.
* Strong skills in software development and methodologies.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
* Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle.
* Proficiency in both on-premise and cloud-based enterprise solutions, including data and system integration.
* Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and associated platforms.
